  • I’m not usually a fan of collection stories because you don’t really get attached to the characters. But the way that Luna writes these stories is so captivating and sensual. I loved just about every story in this collection. I loved them so much that I wish their stories were longer.

  • Day has a beautiful skill for writing steamy books with ease, without it being repetitive and with no plot. I love a steamy book but when there's no plot, I end up skip-reading. However, Day had steam AND plot. It kept me enthralled for hours until I was finished. The characters were absolutely brilliant. I fell in love with Ava almost immediately and knew she was going to be great in this book. The descriptions behind each and every one of them really opens your imagination. As well as developing, for such a short book, there's no lack of development.tem

  • Oh my goodness. When I picked up this book to read I was expecting a spicy and sweet romcom and boy did it deliver. It was even set in my hometown and in the northern parts of my province which is always a bonus for me. What I didn't expect was the nuanced way that the author dealt with sex-shaming of women. The dedication for the book says it all

  • I love the cover and every story in between - she succeeded in creating one of the best [palate] cleansers i’ve read in awhile. I loved how she included a little bit of everything for everyone!

  • I freaking loved this book. It’s unique in that it’s a collection of short stories and not a traditional novel, which I quickly realized I loved. Each story felt like a chapter(s) plucked straight out of a full length novel. Each character felt familiar as if I’d been reading their entire story for an infinite number of pages. It never felt clipped or abrupt or rushed.

  • It’s not often I finish books in less than 48 hours, but Luna Day is becoming one of my favourite authors! I find it so easy to get quickly into her stories and this one was no different.
